Are Christians Outlaws?

Modern professing Christians do not understand the fact that Christians have always appeared as ignorant, unlearned, and even “illegal,” to the lost world. The book of Acts clearly records the fact that Christians were put in prison, and that the Lord Jesus Christ often broke them out of prison. The Christ-rejecting Jews hunted the early Christians down, and would either put them in prison, or put them to death. Rome eventually became the greatest persecutor of true Christians. These facts are hidden from most modern professing Christians.
