Did John MacArthur Openly LIE To His Congregation?

John MacArthur plainly states in the video which I will show, that Sinaiticus contains the “whole New Testament”. This is an apparent lie, because Sinaiticus ADDS two books to the New Testament. (The “Shepherd of Hermas” and the “Epistle of Barnabas”.) He then goes on to apparently lie AGAIN, but this time in regards to Codex B, also known as “Vaticanus.” MacArthur says that it contains the “entire Bible”, even though he knows that multiple books are missing from Codex B.

WHY is he lying to his congregation like this?
