Should America Be Fixed, Or Restarted AFTER The Civil War?

I know that America as it now stands is not going to last much longer. But what happens after this nation crashes? Should it be restarted, or should the survivors create an entirely new nation? OR, will there be a foreign power which will take over this country, and force the people to adopt their laws and ways? As Christians, we should pray for our leaders and desire to live in a peaceful nation that has good laws.
