Jesus Christ rebuked the Jewish leaders of his day for certain sins that they were committing. The interesting thing about these rebukes, is that they were actually prophecies for the Jewish people. Jesus knew their sins and exposed what their wicked plans were for the future. The Pharisees and Sadducees were enraged about this, and that is why they conspired with their Roman business partners to crucify Jesus.
