Is it possible to be saved, and yet produce no “symptoms” of a genuine conversion? That will be the subject of this sermon. I’m seeing a lot of this stuff again about salvation, it’s all in your head– the Gnostic salvation. The “Gnostic Gospel” where you just believe it’s all in your head, you don’t have to call upon the name of the Lord you don’t, have to repent of sin or anything. There doesn’t have to be any changes in your life after you get saved. And that is pure gnosticism. That’s all that is.
But in keeping with modern terminology and the whole thing that came out there in 2020, for the first time ever we had disease that was called “asymptomatic:” you can now be sick without feeling like you’re sick. So, in keeping with modern “science” (1 Timothy 6:20), let’s go with “asymptomatic salvation.” Why not? You can be saved and not feel that you’re saved, have no changes in your life, be the same person you were before your salvation. That your salvation is you turn from unbelief to belief the whole thing and it just produces no symptoms at all. Let’s see what the Bible has to say.
Turn in your King James Bible to Titus Chapter 1:10-16.
